Shipping & Warranty


Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the next day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until the following business day. 

Shipping is charged by weight. Orders under 16 ounces will ship USPS First Class. The minimum shipping charge is $3.25. Larger orders will ship USPS Priority Mail. The price starts at $8.00.

First Class & Priority provide a tracking number that will be emailed to the email address on the order. Most orders are received in the USA within 4/6 days after it has shipped. 

HEIKO offers Route Shipping Insurance – Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. HEIKO strongly recommends this shipping insurance option.

For orders made within a close time period, we may ship items together as a courtesy so you get your items faster. We are not required to refund any (full or partial) shipping costs in these cases.

HEIKO is not responsible for packages after they have been handed over to the shipping agency.  If your package doesn’t get delivered, or if it is marked as “delivered” but is in fact missing, we are happy to help you figure out a solution and communicate with you the steps of filing a claim with the shipping agency.

HEIKO will gladly ship abroad!

You can order directly from the site and your shipping charges will be automatically calculated by the mailing system. 

Please note as the customer you are responsible for import costs, currency exchange rates, taxes, duties and customs of your order.

These costs are in addition to the shipping and handling fees paid during checkout. These fees vary from region to region and can be as much as 80% of the total value of your order.  

If you refuse a delivery, any shipping charges, custom fees and return shipping will not be refunded.

With T&C: 

1. Need to explain in a few sentences why you don’t like it and what you think can be done to improve Heiko Cloth Diapers. 

2. Have a short video call with us to elaborate on your reasons from point 

3. The product has not been washed and used, no damage from using it.

4. Send back the items to our address in Cyberjaya within 14 days from your purchase date.

Return & Refund

HEIKO provides product warranty for 30 days starting from the date that you receive your item. Warranty covers manufacturing defects: PUL delaminating, stitching, seams, elastics as well as product components such as snaps, hook & loop closures and fabric. For manufacturer defects, we will provide free diaper replacement or store credit. 

Our warranty does NOT cover: Leaks, odor issues, repelling, staining, fading, delamination past 6 months of purchase, elastic issues past three months of purchase, fit issues, excessive wear and tear

Order cancellation: HEIKO has the right to cancel any order including products out of stock, pricing discrepancies, shipping fee discrepancies etc.

Out of stock: HEIKO will refund out of stock or we will substitute out of stock items for a like print if available. Please make a comment in the notes at checkout for substitute prints.

Local Pick Up: We currently do not offer local pick-ups and ship all packages.
